This is for 1 side of the truck
1 set comes as pictured with 4 pieces! Between the pieces, when installed, there should be a 1/2"-5/8 gap to weld to the frame in between the pieces.
VERSION 2! This new version covers more frame rail and now has plug welds on the bottom of the frame or to be left open for frame to breathe. Covers more than the Chinese copies and flows seamlessly into each of my other frame rail kits. Don't settle for cheaper versions!
Made of 3/16" mild steel. You will have to grind the mill scale coating off where your going to weld, its on there to prevent rust while it sits on the shelf.
They will be shipped flat to you with instructions easily explaining what needs to be done with pictures included. If you bend the ears one way, it will be for driver side, if you bend them opposite it will be for passenger side. They are mirror image. You will need to grind your frame minimally to get the best fit possible. When you bend them correctly they will slide up and stay by themselves for you or your welder to install.
WELDING KNOWLEDGE AND WELDER NEEDED FOR THIS JOB. Seems obvious but it needs to be said. Please follow the instructions properly and it will come out awesome.

All pieces designed on fusion 360 and have gone through multiple revisions to be perfect, and then they were cut on a plasma table for precise cuts.
This will fit perfectly on a CREW CAB AND SINGLE CAB long bed. Hoping to save some dodge frames out there and an easy solution for welders to get a job done quick and easy.
This will NOT fit crew cab OR single cab SHORT BED. Please see my other listings for that model.
