This is the middle under cab "C channel" section that commonly rust out and leave your frame unrepairable. There are no other options out there. I finally decided to break out fusion 360 and create a solution.
Made of 3/16" mild steel. These will come bare steel NO PAINT. You will have to grind the mill scale coating off where your going to weld, its on there to prevent rust while it sits on the shelf.
They will be shipped flat to you with instructions easily explaining what needs to be done with pictures included. THIS FITS DRIVER SIDE ONLY. You will need to grind your frame minimally to get the best fit possible.
WELDING KNOWLEDGE AND WELDER NEEDED FOR THIS JOB. Seems obvious but it needs to be said. Please follow the instructions properly and it will come out awesome.
All pieces designed on fusion 360 and have gone through multiple revisions to be perfect, and then they were cut on a plasma table for precise cuts. This will fit perfectly on a EXTENDED cab long bed. I have plenty in stock on the shelf right now but i will add extras on the quantity and will be made to order once i finish my stock in house. I will do my best to keep them on hand and eBay updated, but please give me 3-4 days to ship out if i dont have any on hand. Hoping to save some dodge frames out there and an easy solution for welders to get a job done quick and easy.
Fits perfectly on Extended cab long bed 2500/3500. They have not been tested on ext cab short bed trucks OR 1500 trucks.
